Fresh Coconut

During our recent missions trip in India we stopped along the roadside for what some locals call a delicacy of fresh coconut milk.  There are several roadside stands where you simply pull over, and they cut it open for you, stick in a straw and you drink.

I was told it would taste so good and be sweet.  However, to me it tasted more like bath water.  But, I did get this awesome action shot of the gentleman cutting a coconut open.  I got a little lucky of snapping right as he cut into the milk and it shot streams everywhere.
